I have held multiple senior leadership roles within large tourism organisations both within the UK and overseas including Thomas Cook and TUI with experience of managing both large teams of direct reports and more complicated matrix management. During my time as Head of Medhotels.com, the B2B bed bank business for Thomas Cook, I managed a team of 10 direct reports, an outsourced operation of almost 40 people and had dotted line responsibility for the IT development team. In this role I set the shared strategy and individual objectives for the team to deliver our turnover of more than £200m p.a.
