I have extensive experience in Product Management within travel and digital:
- At LNER I managed a team of Digital Product Managers responsible for the CRM system, Loyalty programme, Disruption Communications and Personalisation.
- At Hotels4U I managed the product team responsible for more than 100,000 hotels including 10,000 direct contracts for the Hotels4U, Medhotels and Thomas Cook Flexible Trips businesses.
- At Alpharooms I was responsibile for restructuring the Commercial team. This allowed me to introduce a more structured commercial and product management approach.
- At Thomas Cook I managed the product for the tour operator's largest and most profitable destination at the time- Turkey.
- At OAG I managed the traveller range of products offering OAG's flight data directly to business travellers. In this role I launched OAG's first direct to consumer mobile app and the changes introduced across the product range reduced costs by more than £500,000.
