| Whilst working as Group Head of Complementary Operations for Thomas Cook Group I was appointed Project Manager for the project to close down the Egham office and relocate the " "Complementary business" that operated from there to Switzerland to be merged with the Group's Swiss subsidiary. This was a significant project that impacted more than 100 employees.
To deliver this I developed a clear project plan including regular stakeholder review meetings and feedback reports. I worked with key stakeholders throughout the business to ensure all deadlines were met, and all deliverables were received.
The end result was the the project being delivered a month ahead of time.
